Glasgow Rangers fans have been reacting to a tweet from The Guardian journalist Ewan Murray during their match against St. Johnstone on Wednesday.
The Gers defeated the Saints 1-0 at Ibrox thanks to an Ianis Hagi strike to maintain their 23-point lead at the top of the Premiership (BBC). However, they were perhaps lucky not go down to 10 men as Kemar Roofe put in a late challenge on Murray Davidson.
That incident came just a matter of days after Alfredo Morelos stamped on Ryan Porteous - an incident for which he has since received a three-game ban. As such, Murray tweeted that the Gers have been fortunate on several occasions in recent matches.
As you can imagine, this attracted plenty of attention from the Gers supporters. They took to social media platform Twitter to share their thoughts.
