Easy Crepes Couldn't Be Simpler

Pancake Day 2021 is nearly upon on. It's on Tuesday 16th February, btw - get it in your diary.
So, we're guessing that, if you're as obsessed with pancakes as us, you'll already be thinking about toppings. Should you go with Nutella? Lemon and sugar? Banana and honey? Biscoff spread? Jeez, the possibilities are endless. And that's before we get into savoury pancake toppings...
But what if I told you that instead of restricting yourself to just one or two toppings, you could have at least four toppings at once?
(Yes, technically there's nothing stopping you doing that, but it can be a bit of an undignified affair.)
Remember the tortilla hack that was doing the rounds a while ago. The one where you put a different ingredient in each quarter of the tortilla, then fold it into one big triangle and toast that bad boy.
Well, who says you can't do that with crepes this Pancake Day? Or any day, in fact.
This TikTok shows someone doing just that. Rasha Akar aka @simplyrasha has shared a video of her making the loveliest-looking pancake pocket we ever did see on TikTok.
First, she gets her pancake, then adds Nutella to one quarter, then cut-up strawberries to another, then more Nutella in the third quarter, and finally sliced bananas. She elegantly folds the whole thing up into a tasty little triangle before adding the pièce de resistance: squirty cream!
She says the pancake pocket is "very messy but so good", and that's just about our favourite food group: messy but good.
