Blazers' Gary Trent Jr. delivered one of the most ridiculous flops in NBA history
© Provided by For The Win You see that photo above? Yes, that one, of Portland Trail Blazers guard Gary Trent Jr. flying through the air.
That is an amazing capture of the moment Trent delivered an all-timer of a flop that had NBA fans laughing.
Trent was on his way to the hoop on a fast break when he got bumped by Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. But it wasn't enough of a shove that would send him flying that high and far, and Gilgeous-Alexander had to laugh at the effort to embellish the foul.
Here's the clip to go along with that amazing photo:

- Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle tabs LaMelo Ball as early Rookie of the Year favorite After a poor performance in his first NBA game, LaMelo Ball has been not just a solid rookie but a solid player for Hornets. Over the 11 games since his debut, including Wednesday's loss to Dallas, Ball has averaged 12.7 points, 7.5 rebounds and 6.2 assists on 42% field goal shooting and 34.6% 3-point shooting. Because of that strong spell, Ball has thrust himself into the front of the Rookie of the Year race. Ball currently is third in the league in PER among all rookies as well as third in points per game, first in assists and first in rebounds. Ahead of Wednesday's game, Dallas coach Rick Carlisle spoke about Ball, tabbing him as the early favorite for Rookie of the Year. He's terrific. Right now, with the way things look, he looks like Rookie of the Year to me. He's getting it done statistically, their team is winning, he's got energy, he's got a vibe, he's got swagger, Dallas coach Rick Carlisle told reporters. If you like watching players that play with flair, he's right up there. He had a huge game against us. We have great respect for him. That's about all I can say about it - the guy is getting the job done on the floor, Dallas coach Rick Carlisle told reporters CelticsWire
- Danny Ainge: 'wasn't the time ... wasn't the price' for a Celtics Harden trade Celtics team president Danny Ainge confirmed that the team had been in contact with the Rockets about superstar guard James Harden . Ahead of his trade to their Atlantic Division competitor, the Nets. We had conversations regarding James [Harden], but not recently; we did have conversations. We had numerous talks, but the price really wasn't changing, Danny Ainge said on the "Toucher and Rich" podcast. The price was really high for us, and it was just something we didn't want to do, Danny Ainge said on the "Toucher and Rich" podcast. I'm not sure there was anybody, even the people within our organization that respected him and wanted him more, but I think unanimously we decided it wasn't the time for us and it wasn't the price, Danny Ainge said on the "Toucher and Rich" podcast CelticsWire
