Chelsea are set to sack manager Frank Lampard ahead of their Premier League clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers on Wednesday.
The Blues boss has come under pressure in recent weeks due to a dismal run of form which has seen Chelsea slip down the Premier League table.
A 1-0 victory over 10-man Fulham and a 3-0 win over West Ham are the only triumphs Chelsea have recorded in their last eight Premier League matches. They have lost five of those games, including a 2-1 defeat to Wolves at Molineux in December.

Lampard's side were being tipped to challenge for the Premier League title at one stage but they're now ninth in the table, with 29 points from 19 games.
According to multiple reports on Monday morning, Roman Abramovich will now call time on Lampard's time as manager.
It's not yet known who will be in the dugout when Chelsea face Wolves at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening, but The Telegraph claims RB Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann is high on Abramovich's wish list.
Former PSG boss Thomas Tuchel is also being touted as a potential successor to Lampard.
Lampard's departure will come just 24 hours after Chelsea defeated Luton Town 3-1 to progress to the fifth round of the FA Cup and it could anger a portion of fans due to his legendary status as a player at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking before the Luton Town game Lampard said "I'm a fighter first and foremost. It's how I managed to make a career out of the game as a player. When I packed up, I could have easily stayed in the media or come out of football altogether.
"I didn't need to get back in. I got back in with a desire to be successful. I didn't have blinkers on. I knew that there will be tough times and things that you can't control like you did as a player."
