Wondering where to buy a PS5 at a bargain price? Good news: a huge surge of PS5 stock is hitting the UK and US this week. Amazon US has dropped fresh P55 stock, while John Lewis, Argos and Amazon UK are tipped to drop any minute...
Amazon US dropped PS5 stock on Thursday 21st January, around 10am ET / 3pm GMT, catching some gamers unawares. The inventory has now sold out but more is set to be released in the coming days - keep a close eye on Amazon's website.
In the UK, Currys PC World and Game dropped PS5 stock this week. Those supplies have dried up but BT, EE and Smyths Toys were all tipped to release fresh PS5 stock on 21st January.
We're also hearing reports that Amazon UK is due PS5 stock from 1st February. John Lewis is also rumoured to release PS5 stock on the 2nd February, while Argos is rumoured to be overdue a huge PS5 stock drop.
If you're in the States, Gamestop is predicted to drop more PS5 bundles any minute now. Best Buy and Target also seem to be restocking fairly regularly.
With demand so high, making a saving won't be easy. But retailers are getting creative and offering the best PS5 deals on some of the best PS5 games, rather than the consoles themselves. So there are savings to be had.
We're also hoping for PS5 deals that combine Sony's console with additional PS5 DualSense wireless controllers or its handy Media Remote (the PS5 Pulse 3D gaming headset is currently sold out everywhere).

The PS5 only comes with one controller in the box, so a second controller is a must for those who want to get stuck into multi-player gaming. The PS5 DualSense (£59.99, $69.99, AU$109) boasts improved haptic feedback and adaptive triggers that deliver a more immersive experience. As for deals, Black Friday saw a slew of gaming discounts - mostly on legacy consoles. With the PS5 and Xbox Series X hogging all the headlines, there are plenty of PS4 deals and Xbox One deals to be had this winter.
Some of the best PS5 deals are to be had on games. Amazon is currently offering US gamers up to $10 off selected titles. While over at Walmart, you can pick up FIFA21 for $60 $29 - it's the PS4 version but it includes a free upgrade to the PS5 version. Given that most PS5 titles will run you at least £60 ($60, AU$100), that a cracking deal.
Meanwhile Best Buy members can get $10 in rewards when they purchase PS5 titles such as Far Cry 6 and Watch Dogs: Legion. Not a Best Buy member? It's free to join.
And, of course, there are plenty of deals to be had on the best gaming TVs. Sony has even certified selected models 'Ready for PS5', thus giving you an even better reason to splash out on a new screen.
Fancy a freebie? Sony is currently offering gamers a 7-day free trial of PlayStation Now, which includes access to the PS5 PlayStation Plus Collection (a selection of 20 games that had previously released on PS4, including God of War and The Last of Us: Remastered).
