Nacho turns 31

Nacho celebrates his 31st birthday today. The youth team graduate, who was born in Madrid on 18 January 1990, went through the Real Madrid youth academy, joining the under 12s in 2001. Nacho's time in the youth academy makes him the longest-serving player at the club.

The defender has played 210 matches since his debut with the first team in April 2011 and has won 4 Champions League, 4 Club World Cups, 3 European Super Cups, 2 Leagues, 3 Spanish Super Cups and 1 Copa del Rey. Nacho is also a full international with the Spanish national team.
