Her caption read: 'I'm gonna try. These things are designed so we don't put them down. My brain suffers, my relationships suffer, my work or creative endeavours all suffer as a result. I've ditched the drugs, booze and fags...
'So hopefully this year I'll be able to cultivate a new, healthier relationship with my phone. Wish me luck.'
