We all know she's a fan of a thirst trap on Instagram, so it's no surprise to hear Louise Redknapp is back to a strict workout regime to get her feeling sexy again.
"Louise has been doing a strict workout including stomach crunches at 6am in a bid to get washboard abs to show them off on social media. She's been doing intense circuit training and working out with a new trainer as well as doing private classes on Zoom. She's really stepped things up and it's not just a New Year's resolution."
