The Xbox Series X and S are now on sale. Finally. After what's felt liken agonisingly long way at times, Microsoft's latest consoles went on sale on Tuesday 10th November. But with both machines selling like hotcakes, where can you find stock? Allow us to help.
Xbox Series X pre-orders sold out within days. Retailers restocked at launch, then again on Black Friday. Since, then, we've seen several waves of inventory hit the likes of Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Currys and Argos.
Best Buy has just confirmed it will restock on Tuesday 15th December from 9am ET, and we've also seen stock show up (intermittently, mind) at the Microsoft Store. In the UK, retailer the Box restocked on 7th and 14th December. In the interests of fairness, it's running a ballot system - you can enter here.
To make up for stock shortages, Xbox has announced The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim will arrive on Xbox Game Pass from Tuesday 15th December, followed more award-winning games.
If you're quick - and you know where to look - you can grab a top-tier Xbox Series X console, which supports full-fat 4K gaming, for £449 ($499, AU$749). The all-digital Series S, which doesn't have a disc drive, is a bit easier to come by and costs £249 ($299, AU$499).

Best Xbox Series X/S pre-order in the rest of the world
Aussie and Kiwi shoppers were the first to get their Xbox Series X pre-orders in, with the 8am pre-order time arriving at these time zones first.
The price of the Xbox Series X in Australia is AU$749. In New Zealand, it's NZ$799.
The price of the Xbox Series S in Australia is AU$499. In New Zealand, it's NZ$549.
Canadians can also now order the Xbox Series X for CA$599 and the Xbox Series S for CA$379.
Best Xbox Series X/S accessory deals
Now that you've (hopefully) ordered the Xbox Series X or S console, it's time to get your accessories sorted. Thankfully, finding Xbox Series X accessories is far easier than securing the console itself. Most retailers have good availability, so it's really just a matter of choosing which ones take your fancy...
Xbox Series X Wireless Controller (£55, $60. AU$90)
Xbox One controllers are compatible with the Series X/S but the latest controllers feature a more precise D-pad, a "Share" button and textured grips. Most retailers have Carbon Black and Robot White colours there's also a pricier Shock Blue variant.

This handy Play & Charge kit comes with a rechargeable battery and USB-C cable so you can juice up your new Series X controller between Call of Duty sessions.

Want extra space for your 4K games collection? US retailer Best Buy has the 1TB expansion card, as does the Microsoft Store in the UK.

When will more Xbox Series X stock arrive?
Microsoft promised gamers "more consoles" on November 10. The tech giant was as good as its word but it seems the launch day stock has now sold out and supply is set to be scare until April 2021.
Speaking at a virtual conference, Xbox's chief financial officer Tim Stuart said: "I think we'll continue to see supply shortages as we head into the post-holiday quarter, so Microsoft's Q3, calendar Q1." (Via IGN).
The good news is that Microsoft has promised to "have supply cranking" by Spring. So there should be plenty of Xboxes to go around by next Summer.
If you're hoping to snap up one up in time for Christmas, we would advise you keep checking the links above. You could also consider going for the Xbox Series S, which is likely to be more widely available than its pricier sibling.

BT customer? The UK-based telecoms giant has announced that gamers can order the Series X or Series S through their existing MyBT account. EE customers, meanwhile, can spread the cost of a Series X or Series S, interest-free, by using the Add to Plan service. It's sold out for now, though.
If you live in the US, Walmart, Best Buy and the Microsoft Store are your best bets. Best Buy recently confirmed in a blog post that it would restock from 9am ET on 15th December. It's offering bundles, too, including Xbox Series X 1TB with Cyberpunk 2077 for $560.

Finally, StockX has plenty of units for sale (it's basically an upmarket eBay, where items are checked over by the company before being listed online). You'll need to prepared to pay more than the MSRP, though. Buyers are currently asking around $400 for the Series S and $700 for the Series X. You'll also want to make sure the console has the right plug for your region.
Some stockists offer you the option to register your interest, and will alert you when stock arrives. It's also a good idea to follow retailers' social media accounts. UK retailer Game and US chain Walmart have both previously announced incoming Xbox stock via the medium of Twitter.
