Jennifer Lopez's Insanely Fit Abs, Butt, And Legs Totally Stole The Show At The AMAs

Just when you thought Jennifer Lopez couldn't look any more amazing, she goes and tops herself.

ICYMI, the 2020 American Music Awards were Sunday night, and J. Lo completely owned the red carpet. The "Pa'Ti" singer (who is 51, btw) just might be her most fit self ever.

First, the Marry Me star hit the red carpet in a slinky silver sequined Balmain top and matching high-slit skirt, accessorized with jacked abs and killer legs.

Then, she did a duet with Maluma in a barely-there catsuit that showed off just about everything, including her super-toned butt.

Just take a peek at the comments of her posts on her posts from the night, and you can see J.Lo pretty much set Instagram on fire.

OK, but seriously: How does she look this amazing? No secret here: J.Lo works really, really hard for that body.

Her trainer, Dodd Romero, shared the Hustlers star's intense abs circuit with O, the Oprah Magazine in 2019, and it is INTENSE. The circuit features a set of 50 hanging ab raises, followed by 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit ups with a 45-pound plate. She follows that with a second set of 35 each, and then comes in hot with a third set of 21 each. Oh, and she doesn't take breaks in between. Because, J.Lo.

As for that booty, J.Lo puts in the work there, too. She likes to do heavy lifting to tone up her butt and, in one Instagram workout, she showed herself leg pressing nearly 300 pounds 10 times like it was NBD.

She also does TrueFusion workouts with her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, which include things like hot yoga and heated boot camps for all-over fitness.

On the food front, J.Lo eats really well. There was that whole 10-day no sugar, no carbs diet challenge last year, but her personal chef Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly that she also eats really healthy on the reg. Her fridge is always filled with sparkling water, fruits, and tons of veggies. "There's always greens, like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice," he said.

And that's how you hit a red carpet looking like J.Lo.
