Ahead of the season 9 premiere of Flip or Flop, Tarek El Moussa posted a hilarious clip of the hit HGTV show that he stars in with his ex-wife Christina Anstead. The short video has nothing to do with the episode's home reno, and everything to do with what makes the series extra entertaining: Anstead and El Moussa's funny banter.
In the beginning of the clip, El Moussa is standing in an unfinished bathroom when Anstead walks in saying that there's something different. El Moussa asks what's different, and with a laugh, Anstead replies: "You shaved off all your body hair." El Moussa immediately rolls his eyes and says, "Oh here we go. You know what we're here to design a bathroom, not critique my beauty."
Anstead then says that the last time they were working together, he had a lot of arm hair. "And now you're like a bald kitten," she tells him. His reply? "I know, it took like six hours. I had a weed whacker going. I had to bring some gardeners in. They shaved my back, my chest, my arms. I look good though. You should've seen me by the beach yesterday." Anstead's response? More laughter.
Heather Rae Young, El Moussa's finance, revealed in a joking comment that she had a hand in his new appearance: "Weed Whacker AKA Heather," she writes after a series of laughing emojis.
"?????? is ALL I have to say about this video," Tarek jokes in the caption. "She's just jealous cause I'm smooth ??????!"
