The Justice League 'Snyder Cut' debate just refuses to go away, and it's not likely to with the release of these new images.
Zack Snyder stepped away from the DC movie following a family tragedy, with Joss Whedon being brought in to oversee major reshoots.

Since then, a campaign calling for the release of Synder's original cut of the film has gained huge support.
Now, Snyder and Aquaman star Jason Momoa have helped to stoke the fire even further by sharing two previously unseen stills from the director's cut.
The image released by Snyder is one of Barry Allen aka The Flash (Ezra Miller) with Iris West's Kiersey Clemons, who was removed entirely from the theatrical cut.

Sharing the picture on Vero, Snyder captioned it: "Cute couple," in reference to the two characters' established romance in the comics.
Meanwhile, Momoa recently took to Instagram to share a shot of his Aquaman stabbing the film's villain Steppenwolf with his trident. "#releasethesnydercut" the actor wrote alongside it.

"I'm obviously indebted to Warners and DC. I don't know how they feel about it, but as a fan, I'm very, very happy that I got to see it."
