A man has been charged with armed robbery, assault with a firearm, intimidation and police pursuit following a siege in Sydney's west.
About 5.30am on Wednesday, a 29-year-old man was in his car on Griffith Street, Blacktown when a man on a motorbike approached his car.

Just before 8.30pm, the same man allegedly attended a restaurant on Blacktown Road, Blacktown and left without paying for his meal or drinks.
Staff at the restaurant confronted the man, who allegedly threatened them before riding off on a bike police allege is stolen.
On Thursday, the same man was allegedly involved in a road rage incident with a 29-year-old man on Sunnyholt Road, Blacktown, where police allege he produced a gun and threatened the other driver before smashing his windscreen with the gun's butt.
While patrolling, police identified a Honda motorbike, believed to be involved in the crimes, travelling on St Martins Crescent, Blacktown just after 1pm yesterday.

The pursuit was called off a short time later, but Polair continued to monitor its movements with other pursuits initiated and cancelled around St Marys.
After receiving a tipoff, police attended an address at Turner Street, Blacktown where two men were seen with a motorcycle at the front before running inside.
Further police cars attended and a perimeter was set up around the location. A short time later three men inside the home were arrested without further incident.
A search warrant was executed at the home and a number of items were collected as evidence.

A 30-year-old man was charged with armed robbery, dishonestly obtain financial advantage by deception, threaten injury with intent, possess unauthorised firearm, armed with intent, malicious damage, two police pursuits and goods in custody.
He was refused bail and is scheduled to appear at Parramatta Local Court today.
The two other men were released without charge.
