Anthony Russell has pulled out of the X Factor tour for "personal reasons" - just 48 hours before returning to Liverpool.
The Scouse star, known as 'Tighto', posted a heartfelt statement to his Instagram, explaining his decision.
The X Factor tour is set to head to Liverpool on Friday night, meaning Tighto will miss his homecoming show.
The 28-year-old said: "Hello everyone, I just want to address this personally with you all, so the people who have supported and loved me on my journey know where I am.
"Due to personal circumstances I've had to withdraw from the tour.
"I'm heartbroken to miss the final shows, it has been an honour to sing to you all and a dream come true.
"It was not a decision made lightly, but unfortunately private circumstances out of my control have meant it's not currently possible for me to continue forward with further dates.
