Buffy the Vampire Slayer fans have spotted a hilarious mistake in an old episode of the hit series.
The exact scene comes the fourth episode of the fourth season, called 'Fear Itself', where Buffy and her friends are trapped in a haunted house with zombies, bats and a real demon and have to confront their worst nightmares on Halloween.

So obviously, Buffy's showrunners needed a spooky and mysterious language to spice up a Halloween special episode.
But wait there, because an eagle-eyed fan on Twitter has spotted that the language in this particular scene is Irish and it actually translates into the opening of a new bus lane in Dublin. Wait, what?
"The Irish in a Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode is about a new bus lane opening in Dublin," wrote the fan.
And clearly, other people on social media have had some fun with the hilarious revelation and made some funny references.

Meanwhile, Buffy's creator Joss Whedon and Agents of SHIELD writer Monica Owusu-Breen have both been working on a reboot of the hit show which will be told from the perspective of an African-American slayer.
Owusu-Breen has previously revealed that she will not cast the original characters from Buffy, and earlier this month Sarah Michelle Gellar shared her thoughts about the spin-off and seemed reluctant to take part.
"I don't know anything about it, honestly," she said at the time. "I think that it's a great story and I'm glad that it will get retold and hope that people will watch it. But, you know, I've told my story with it."
"For me, the beauty of the show was the madness and horrors of high school manifesting in actual literal horrors. And I may look young, thanks to all my Olay products, but I don't look like I'm a kid," added Sarah Michelle.
